The rector of Veliko Tarnovo University “St. Cyril and Methodius“ prof. Dimitar Dimitrov supported the nomination of Borislav Sarafov for chief prosecutor and gave a positive assessment of his concept.

„After discussing the concept of chief prosecutor of Mr. Borislav Sarafov with colleagues from the Faculty of Law, I would like to emphasize the high evaluation we give to a number of principled positions in this concept. According to me and my colleagues, it reflects the main challenges facing the prosecutor's institution, and its implementation would lead to an increase in the effectiveness of the prosecutor's office and public trust in it," said the opinion of the rector of the higher educational institution, which was addressed to the SJC, bTV specified.< /p>
