President Rumen Radev should announce that he will not nominate as future acting prime minister the elected chairman of the 51- the National Assembly, regardless of who it is, is called by the "Blue Bulgaria" coalition. The formation came out with an address that in this way the head of state will fulfill his constitutional obligations and will provide an opportunity to get out of the parliamentary crisis. In the show “Your day” on NOVA NEWS the leader of "Blue Bulgaria" Peter Moskov motivated this call.
„I don't expect the Speaker of the Parliament to be elected today. This is not about a desire to bear responsibility, but about a public narrative of who is to blame, Moskov said. According to him, if the president takes such a step, he will solve the political crisis.
“These parliamentary parties have neither had nor aim to form a regular government”, he explained.
In his words, without a working parliament, we are in a severe crisis with challenges. Adoption of the budget of the Health Fund is pending. “The way the revenue is expected, the way the spending claims are made, this budget is going to come out in the middle of next year. The funding of hospitals will suffer, as well as health insurance”, predicted the former health minister.
