There was no way I could vote against our ministerial candidates and against the cabinet of Rosen Zhelyazkov. I have reservations about the BSP, but also about the Movement for Rights and Freedoms-DPS. The biggest danger will come precisely from Dogan's MRF, because when decisions are not made in favor of Ahmed Dogan, he will pull the rug, as he has done more than once.
This was stated by the leader of the UDF and MP from the GERB-SDF parliamentary group Rumen Hristov to BNT.
According to him, Bulgaria is in a difficult political situation, and the best option for a government would be with Democratic Bulgaria. For the UDF, it is more important that the DB enter the coalition than Dogan's MRF.
Rumen Hristov hopes that the BSP-United Left will realize that programs financed with debts are not good for Bulgaria. Hristov also hopes that a policy of borrowing with the "reds" in the coalition will not be pursued.
Rumen Hristov said that he does not know whether Delyan Peevski has influence in the "Zhelyazkov" cabinet. He also believes that it is good for an outsider like Daniel Mitov to head the Ministry of Interior. According to Hristov, it is good that Mitov has chosen Ivaylo Ivanov as head of the political cabinet of the Ministry of Interior.
Rumen Hristov did not say what the UDF will receive as a coalition partner of GERB in the new government.
