The Minister of Justice Georgi Georgiev convenes an extraordinary session of the Plenum of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) on January 23, 2025 at 9:30 a.m.
This was announced by the press center of the Ministry of Justice.
The first item on the agenda is a ruling on the postponed procedure for the election of the Prosecutor General, in accordance with the decision of the SJC Plenum of January 16, 2025 and the promulgation in the State Gazette of the Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Judiciary Law on January 21, 2025.
