There will be fog in many places in the plains and valleys, BNR reported.
Around noon in most areas, except for the Danube River and in the western part of the Upper Thracian Lowland, visibility will temporarily improve. Minimum temperatures will be between minus 2 and 3°C, in Sofia - around minus 1°C. During the day, sunny weather with scattered medium and high clouds will prevail over most of the country. In Eastern Bulgaria and north of the mountains, a moderate south-southwesterly wind will blow. Maximum temperatures will reach 13 – 18°C, in the capital it will be around 13°C.
In the mountains it will be sunny with a strong southwesterly wind. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 m will be 13°, at 2000 m – about 7°.
On the Black Sea coast in the morning hours, the cloudiness will be significant, but it will quickly decrease and it will be sunny for most of the day. The maximum air temperatures will be between 11 and 15°. The sea water temperature is 8-9°. The sea waves will be about 2 points.
