Angel Dzambazki: Anyone left without heating and hot water should sue "Toplofikatsiya Sofia" - 1

Angel Dzambazki is the deputy chairman of VMRO-BND, a former MEP and a former municipal councilor from his party's quota. He wrote his opinion on Facebook regarding the mockery of “Toplofikatsiya” in Sofia, which announced that it was turning off hot water and heating in 9 neighborhoods on the coldest winter days.

“Only true oligophrenic people can afford to turn off the heating and hot water of half the capital in the middle of winter, at permanently negative temperatures, reaching an average of minus 10 degrees Celsius. And with the argument, notice – "urgent repair".

In the middle of winter. Not in August, when few people use heating, but in the middle of February, when it is significantly cooler. Up to minus ten degrees, below zero, Celsius.

This is not "urgent" repair, but pure theft, corruption, party coffers and criminal negligence.

"Toplofikatsiya Sofia" is a bottomless pit, into which millions of leva of our taxes are sinking - money that is being stolen indiscriminately and systematically. It is a clear example of how incompetent, shameless and irresponsible the municipality and the state are, serving as a cover for the theft of hundreds of millions of leva by anonymous party swindlers.

Leaving tens of thousands of citizens, hospitals, kindergartens and schools without heating and hot water in sub-zero temperatures is a crime.

Everyone affected should sue "Toplofikatsiya Sofia" and condemn it.

The bad thing is that, as in the case of the ERPs, which left thousands of people without electricity for weeks, the Bulgarian people are massively afraid to seek their rights.

They do not know them, do not seek them and do not dare to sue monopolies, municipalities and the state. He is afraid that if he dares to raise his head and voice, if he dares to seek his rights in court, they will harm him, that they will sequester his life or even throw him in prison.

If such an outrage, to have your electricity, hot water and heating shut off without explanation, unceremoniously and brazenly for weeks, had happened in any former Eastern European country, these guilty monopolies would have been dismantled, bankrupted and liquidated by now.

And the guilty thieving officials and corrupt municipal councilors would be rubbing their hands together and writing their explanations for the court.

During this time, the poor municipal councilors who govern the capital are scratching where it doesn't itch, touching each other with their soft brushes and arguing about how corrupt someone is. Have you heard from them a meaningful proposal or attitude on the issue of "Toplofikatsiya Sofia"? You haven't and you won't.

I repeat - everyone left without heating and hot water should seek their rights and sue "Toplofikatsiya Sofia". If anyone needs advice on the subject - I'm here. With advice, contacts, lawyers, and so on.

Amen!"
