Once again, this compromised composition of the CEC is defaming and questioning the legality of the elections and election procedures and is becoming a cause for public tension and distrust.
This is stated in an official position of the leader of "DPS - New Beginning" Delyan Peevski after the Chairperson of the Constitutional Court Pavlina Panova announced that the activities of the Constitutional Court to conclude the case challenging the legality of the elections are being hindered
"Something we have been warning about for months, but whether due to the affiliations and dependencies of the Chairperson of the CEC or due to other private interests, these warnings remained without consequences, leading to the blockage of yet another constitutional procedure.
We insist on the immediate resignation of all members of the CEC!
