The topic of whether the "Veličie" party will enter parliament and their protest last night in front of the GERB leader's house in Bankya heated up passions.
Boyko Borisov and the leader of "DPS-New Beginning" Delyan Peevski made comments on the sidelines of the parliament.
The protest angered the GERB leader and he raised his voice, calling the behavior of "Veličie" simple, BTV reported.
„Now, five months after the elections – the moment they saw that we had a convergence report, when everyone said that we had a June 1 date for the eurozone - they started going around people's houses, disturbing entire neighborhoods at night, a simple job“, said Boyko Borisov.
“The state should be in its place, such things should not happen. These are Huns who have spread themselves all over Sofia. And if there is a state, this cannot happen. When I come to power, such things will not happen on the streets, be sure“, said Delyan Peevski for his part.
“If they behave like this, I will restore order. And if these people allow themselves to go around people's houses, we will go to their houses“, he said.
Delyan Peevski also stated that if “Majesty“ enters the parliament, it will be illegal.
„They want to bring a party in illegally. Who wants to bring it in? We need to see who made this decision, how it happened, because this is happening with a specific goal - to destroy the statehood. If someone has a goal to create a party and run for elections, they should not do it through other parties“, said Delyan Peevski.
„If „Majesty“ enters, it enters mainly because of the votes of „DPS-New Beginning“, which are being taken away from us illegally. 10 deputies will be taken away illegally“, he added.
The 10 deputies in question will be taken from the current parliamentary groups. Unofficially, after applying the Hare Niemeyer system, by which the election results are calculated - these will be three from GERB - UDF, two from "Vazrazhdane", one each from PP - DB, ITN, BSP, "DPS - Novo nacholu" and MECH. APS will not give way.
Today PP-DB were laconic - they stated that the law must be respected. The other parties did not comment on the topic.
