Mundrov recommended: Video recording from polling stations should be evidence if a violation is recorded - 1

Minister of e-Government Valentin Mundrov recommended a change in the law that would allow video recording from the polling stations to be evidence if a violation is recorded, reports the Bulgarian National Radio.
In response to the deputies from the Committee on Electronic Governance and Information Technologies in the National Assembly, Mundrov said that there was a video recorded from the disputed seven polling stations:

"I believe that this would be a necessary change, perhaps in the Electoral Code, so that ultimately what is seen and is indisputable - the video recordings are broadcast in real time, respectively, these phones too, the recording is uploaded, can be evidence. Because precisely for this reason - that at the moment we see one thing publicly and at the same time we have some zeros in the protocols from the Constitutional Court, it turns out that we do not know who to believe".

Before the committee, Valentin Mundrov defended the work of "Information Service". The minister specified that he calculates the result without counting:

"We can consider "Information Service" as a Christmas tree, which is much more complicated - we know what we are typing as numbers at the beginning and we can even calculate by hand what we get. And this whole thing happens publicly and transparently before the eyes of you deputies, before the eyes of the entire people," he commented.
