Еxpert of the Constitutional Court: In entire neighborhoods the bags were without signature strips and seals on the ties - 1

"In 24 MECs in Sofia in entire neighborhoods, the bags were without signature strips and seals on the ties. All irregularities have been described, recorded and submitted to the Constitutional Court." This was said by one of the experts of the Constitutional Court, Ivilina Alexieva-Robinson, who is also a former chairwoman of the CEC. In "The Day Live" on NOVA NEWS she described what her work revealed.
She was a teller for the district commissions of Ruse, Silistra, Smolyan and 24 MIR in Sofia. In all four she reported differences in more than half of the polling stations. She attributes this to the low level of training of the members of the SIC, but also to possible intent.

"Again in 24 MIR, a valid ballot for one party was recorded for another party. This is a systematic violation", said the expert. Another violation is that the incorrect counting of the ballots was followed not by a new count, but by an inference of the number of voters who voted on the list.
"Another violation is the discrepancy between what is written in words and numbers, as well as the subjective perception of what is a valid and what is an invalid vote. This shows ignorance of the election rules", added Alexieva.

In the case of machine voting, due to the problem with the paper for the machines, it is customary to make a report of the unsuccessful vote, after which the voter is invited to vote with the ballot. The problem is that this report of the results is in one copy and is often not attached to the main papers. The former chairman of the CEC noted that there was no adequate instruction for these cases.
