"He was not a political appointment. He has been an employee of the RIA since 2019. until 2022. I did not return him to work, the RIA management returned him", Shishkov specified.
"When I was Minister of Regional Development, I specifically commissioned a major repair project for this road at the end of 2022. Those after me had to complete the project, obtain a construction permit and repair the road", Shishkov said about the Pleven - Lukovit road.
