Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov condemned the "brutal act of aggression" after the Russian missile strikes on the center of the city of Sumy.
"I am deeply saddened to learn of the horrific missile attack on the center of the city of Sumy on Palm Sunday. My heart goes out to the victims, their families, and all those affected by this brutal act of aggression. We stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine".
We recall that two Russian missiles hit the center of the Ukrainian city of Sumy, killing at least 32 civilians in Ukraine. The city's Mayor Artyom Kobzar said the area was full of people celebrating Palm Sunday.
