The Welsh team of TNS (The New Saints) and the Irish Shamrock Rovers qualified for the second qualifying round of the Champions League, reported FOCUS.
"The New Saints" eliminated the Montenegrin Dečić after drawing 1:1 in the return match in Podgorica and with a total score of 4:1 they move forward. The Welsh team will play Hungary's Ferencvaros in the next preliminary round.
Meanwhile, Shamrock Rovers eliminated Iceland's Vikingur Reykjavik after winning 2-1 at home, and the first leg in Iceland ended goalless.
The next opponent of the Irish is the Czech Sparta Prague.
The squads of Dinamo (Minsk) (Belarus), Panevezys (Lithuania), Lincoln Red Imps (Gibraltar), Santa Coloma (Andorra), Celie (Slovenia) and FCSB (Romania) also managed to qualify for the second qualifying round of the Champions League, reported Topsport.
