The Italian football giant Milan presented today as its new addition the Serbian defender Straxinja Pavlović, who comes from Red Bull Salzburg ( Austria), broadcast BTA.
His contract runs until 2028 with an option to extend for another season. The footballer will wear the number 31 shirt in Milan.
The transfer is at least 18 million euros, which is the buyout clause included in his contract with the previous team. If this is the case, 540 thousand euros go to the Solidarity fund – 450 thousand for Partizan and 90 thousand for Teleoptic (Belgrade). He arrived yesterday in Milan, and today he was on the team base, and also passed medical tests.
The 23-year-old Pavlovic made his debut in the elite of Serbian football in 2019 with the "black and white" team. from Belgrade, making a total of 57 appearances, winning one domestic cup before being sold to Austria.
Between 2020 and 2022, he played for Monaco, Circle Bruges and Basel before moving to Red Bull Salzburg, where he amassed 71 appearances and 6 goals, winning the local league title. He also has 38 appearances and 4 goals for the Serbian national team, making his debut on September 3, 2020.
