BFS President Georgi Ivanov receives a monthly salary of BGN 20,000. Only a few days ago, Gonzo candidly admitted that the headquarters had no money and the financial situation was dire. Adding that loans were taken to pay the salaries of the employees. Ivanov was twice stopped by the Executive Committee from withdrawing a loan of 2 million BGN, but in the end it was taken. The interesting thing is that the former central striker collects the same salary as his predecessor Borislav Mihailov.
A total of over 400 grand goes towards monthly remuneration at the BFS. The employees receive the money cleanly, with all taxes and insurance again being paid by headquarters. By all accounts, the state is bloated. And it will have to be reduced if Ivanov does not find sponsors with which to consolidate the situation.
