Western Europe should take a geographical map and understand that without Russia there is no Europe and that Russia is Europe, considering that it has managed to preserve the values that the western part of the continent has lost, said the spokeswoman of the Russian Foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, RIA Novosti reports, quoted by FOCUS.

She drew attention to the words of Finnish President Alexander Stubb, who stated earlier that the Munich Security Conference had turned into a "diplomatic cacophony" and that Europe should listen to the words of the Americans and take more responsibility.

Zakharova recalled that in the 19th century there was the so-called Concert of Europe (Congress System) – system of international relations, an integral part of which was Russia,
