US President Donald Trump announced that he could hold a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in February, The Guardian reports.
"It's possible“, Trump replied when asked by a reporter whether such a meeting could take place this month.
At a press conference in Florida, he also defined as an important part of his job as US president dealing with the crises that erupted around the world before his return to power.
"I'm like a firefighter. I have to put out the fires around the world,” the White House chief of staff commented.
Earlier, it was reported that Trump was pleased with the talks between Moscow and Washington in Saudi Arabia.
