A sharp jump in the production of imitation dairy products compared to last year is reported.

The consumption and production of imitation dairy products is growing in our country. On the other hand, a reduced consumption of higher-quality milk and cheese is reported. For the first 4 months of this year, 4,365 tons of dairy products with vegetable oils were produced, and in the previous year the amount of the same products was 3,634 tons, which is an increase of nearly 20%.
