Forbes publishes a ranking of the 22 largest taxpayers with personal income tax over 1 billion rubles for 2023. It was headed by a shareholder in the gas company "Novatek" and the chemical producer "Sibur Holding" Leonid Mikhelson, whose personal income tax amounts to at least 10.9 billion rubles.

According to Forbes, his personal income tax for 2023 amounts to at least 10.979 billion rubles. In addition to him, 21 other people were included in the rating”, according to a message on the publication's website.

The second place was taken by the owner of the company "Stroyproektservis" Ilya Dimov, whose personal income tax, according to the publication's calculations, amounts to 3.7 billion rubles. The top three is closed by the beneficiary of the company "Rif" Trading House. Peter Khodikin, his personal income tax is estimated at 3 billion rubles.

In fourth and fifth place are the wife of the rector of the St. Petersburg Mining University, owner of Phosagro shares. Tatyana Litvinenko and co-owner of Lukoil Vagit Alekperov. Taxpayers' personal income tax amounted to 2.9 billion rubles and 2.8 billion rubles, respectively.

The chairman of the board of directors of the Delo group of companies Sergey Shishkarev (2.7 billion rubles), owner of the international trade holding AVD-Group Andrey Dudko (2.2 billion rubles), owner of the CDS group Mikhail Medvedev (2 billion rubles), the shareholder of the S7 group Vladislav Filev (1.6 billion rubles) and the owner of the logistics operator Logistic Center Dmitry Rodov (1.5 billion rubles).
