The water supply scheme in Pleven is wrong. The main supply comes from Lovech. This was explained to BNT by former Minister of Environment Emil Dimitrov - Revizoro, quoted by news.bg.
According to him, Pleven does not need the Cherni Osam dam, as planned, and can drink water from the Vit River. The Gorni Dabnik dam supplies industry in Pleven, and there is a water supply system that can immediately bring water to the city.
There is water in the dams around Pleven, Emil Dimitrov also recalled. He suspected the desire for epochal constructions. Most of the Irrigation Systems canals are full of water and supply private hydroelectric power plants, according to him.
Revizoro does not see how long this interest group will last, referring to the cabinet. These people are going in different directions, he emphasized. For me, nothing good is emerging, the former Minister of Environment and Waters expressed his opinion.
