The parliamentary majority and Delyan Peevski will never allow the PP-DB to have a decisive role in determining the members of the regulators and the Supreme Judicial Council. This was said by journalist Petko Georgiev in the program "Offensive with Lyubo Ognyanov" on NOVA NEWS.
„I do not currently see in the BSP a force, a person, an idea that can get them out of the impasse they have been in for years. For them, entering the government is a straw they can grab onto so they don't disappear completely, the journalist believes.
He told ITN that “they are in parliament because of low voter turnout”. He added that “what was invested in them as a potential alternative has long since evaporated”. “This hooligan radicalism they resort to is only a tactic to stay in the focus of public attention through scandals”.
The journalist believes that the vote of no confidence is an inefficient means of political opposition. In his words, the main meaning of such an action is to give time and opportunity to concentrate public speech on a certain topic.
