Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky intends to outline next week a 10-point plan to ensure domestic security security, which, among other issues, examines energy supplies and weapons production, DPA quoted BTA as saying.
Zelensky announced this in his evening video address.
"We continue to work on our internal resilience plan - everything needed to ensure that Ukraine is strong. Today we considered several points, including cultural sovereignty, which covers the cultural heritage of Ukraine, modern culture and cultural diplomacy, the production of Ukrainian content, and for this purpose - the promotion of real and effective unity in the cultural community of Ukraine, Zelenskyy said, as quoted by Ukrinform .
According to the president, this is an element of guaranteeing Ukraine's relations with the global world. "There are things that politics, public figures and the media cannot convey to others, but emotions can - art can. Culture, in general, is a tool that works universally for humanity in different parts of the world. We need to pay much more state attention to this and we will do it," Zelensky emphasized.
"There are a total of ten points that will be presented next week, and for each point together with Ukrainian civil society, together with everyone who is ready to contribute rational ideas, together with business, we will prepare a foundational, doctrinal document for Ukraine, for our sustainability“, the president emphasized.
The president said that one of the key elements of the internal plan to strengthen Ukraine is its economic component.
