From the start of the full-scale Russian invasion in February 2022 until now The UK has trained around 50,000 Ukrainian soldiers. This was announced by the British Minister of Defense John Healy before the Parliament in London, DPA reported, quoted by BTA.
He made the announcement on the eve of what he called the “bloody milestone” since 1000 days from the start of the invasion. The minister indicated that the training program for Ukrainian recruits with little or no military experience will continue next year.
