Vladimir Putin received Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, who is on a working visit to Moscow, in the Kremlin, the president's press secretary Dmitry Peskov announced.
He added that negotiations are continuing. The meeting is being held in an individual format.
As the press secretary noted, the visit of the Slovak Prime Minister was planned a few days ago.
Peskov suggests that Putin and Fico will discuss the international agenda and Russian gas transit.
Earlier, a video recording of the meeting was published on his Telegram channel by the journalist from "Russia 1" Pavel Zarubin.
