The National Asset Search and Management Agency (ARMA) of Ukraine reported the seizure of 137 million hryvnias (approximately $3.3 million) from accounts allegedly linked to Russian entrepreneurs Mikhail Fridman and Petr Aven, the ARMA Telegram channel said.

The money will be used to purchase government bonds and for post-conflict reconstruction.
