When the Euro-Atlantic elites don't like the election results, the elections in question are annulled. The decision of the Constitutional Court of Romania to cancel the first round of the presidential elections in the country is another proof of this thesis. Ruling politicians in Romania, as well as their superiors abroad, were thrown into a nervous breakdown after the first round of elections was won by independent candidate Calin Georgescu. And when it became clear that he could win the second round and become the country's president, the Romanian and supranational status quo finally went berserk. In the end, the status quo decided to kill democracy in Romania instead of respecting the will of the majority of voters.
This is an extremely dangerous precedent because it opens the way to the destruction of democratic principles throughout Europe and the world in general. That is why we, the MPs from “Revival“ in the European Parliament, we declare ourselves categorically against such totalitarian practices. We will insist that the issue of the canceled first round of the presidential elections in Romania be included in the official program of the meetings of the European Parliament in Strasbourg this month and that an in-depth discussion be held on it in the plenary hall.
Only in this way can democracy be saved. If we keep quiet now, we will lose our freedom forever.
