The search for the missing 13-year-old Nikolay from the village of Konare continues for the eleventh day. “With each passing day, hope is decreasing and criminal plots are coming to the forefront. Despite everything, we continue to believe. The team on the ground is losing its optimism for a good outcome. But we will work until we get some clarity on this mysterious case“, said the mayor of Gurkovo Kancho Papazov to Nova TV.
The perimeter is getting bigger, and there is no trace of the boy. The return of his dog did not lead to any new information. Military, police, rescuers, volunteers and hundreds of people on the ground continue to search for him.
The mayor pointed out that such a large-scale operation has not been carried out in the municipality. “The operation will continue until we have results. With each passing day, hope is lost. It is clear that with these forecasts, if little Niki is outside, then we do not have optimistic forecasts. Despite everything, we continue to work“, he added.
Kancho Papazov assured that the operation is detailed. “It is too precise in every aspect. There is no perimeter that has not been searched and bypassed“, the mayor pointed out.
