The only thing we remembered from the "mayor's" report for his first term was the quote "We are not infallible, but we are real".
Now again the sponsor of the "change" explains that he is very "pleased" with himself in a "dynamic" year.
There is a song with Balkan rhythms, whose irony and sarcasm sadly describes the "reality" in which the capital's "mayor" lives.
