The National Assembly will discuss the creation of an Ad Hoc Commission on the activities of George Soros in our country, Eurocom announced.
The parliamentary week will begin with the discussion of the controversial Bill on Registration of Foreign Agents, proposed by the leader of “Vazrazhdane“ Kostadin Kostadinov. Opponents of the bill believe that it copies a similar law in the Russian Federation and is aimed at undermining the democratic order in the country.
The creation of an Ad Hoc Commission to establish facts and circumstances regarding the activities of George Soros and Alexander Soros and their foundations on the territory of Bulgaria will also be discussed. The aim of the commission is to establish the financing of Bulgarian individuals and legal entities and non-governmental organizations, as well as to establish their connections with political parties, magistrates, educational institutions, media, business structures and state authorities. The proposal was submitted by Delyan Peevski and a group of MPs.
At the proposal of the PP-DB, a hearing of the Minister of Interior Daniel Mitov and the heads of police units regarding the search for Petyo Evroto should also take place.
The parliament should also consider two bills on RES. One was submitted by Kiril Petkov, and the second by Ramadan Atalay, Pavela Mitova and Delyan Dobrev.
