Yesterday's Security Council meeting at the Council of Europe is definitely a good signal. Bulgaria is leaving the hesitant countries and joining the calls for rearmament heard by Ursula von der Leyen. This was stated on BNT by Radoslav Ribarski, MP from “We continue the change”-”Democratic Bulgaria”.
“Everyone is calling for peace, but what will it be based on, will it be lasting and will it lead to further rearmament? Without a clear and just peace for Ukraine, the next step will not bring security to any country,” he is categorical.
According to him, defense and innovation go hand in hand. “These are many new technologies. In the last three years, an enormous amount has been done to modernize the Bulgarian army.”
”Reducing emissions is a goal for the seventh payment under the EAP. I hope the second one is not a mirage”, the PP-DB MP also emphasized.
