A woman with a fake TELK decision has damaged the state with a total of 37,000 leva, the press center of the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior in Razgrad announced.
During a specialized police operation, officers from the “Combating Economic Crime“ sector have established that from December 2006 to the present, the 62-year-old woman has received 37,000 leva in personal disability pension, using a false TELK expert decision without legal basis.
Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated in the case.
At the beginning of the year, officers from the “Combating Economic Crime“ sector identified a man and a woman from Tsar Kaloyan who have damaged the state with a total of 95,000 leva with false decisions of the TELK.
In another case at the end of last year, two men from Tsar Kaloyan were identified with false decisions of the TELK, who have embezzled funds worth a total of 99,800 leva.
