Carlos Nassar improved his own world record in the fight by 11 kg, but his success will not be recognized - 1

Olympic champion in weightlifting in the category up to 89 kilograms Carlos Nassar set world records in throwing, pushing and fighting during the next round of the German Bundesliga, reports BTA. The Bulgarian, who currently weighs 93.9 kilograms, achieved 185 kilograms in the lunge, 230 in the deadlift and totaled 415 kilograms. This is 11 kilograms more than the world record in the fight, which he set this summer in Paris when he took the Olympic title.

Nassar improved both of these individual movement highlights. In the French capital, he recorded 224 kilograms in the push. The world record in throwing is also from this year, but it is held by the Colombian Jason Lopez, who has 182 kilograms.

Nassar's achievements from the Bundesliga competition will not be entered as world records, as the International Weightlifting Federation only recognizes results recorded at continental championships, world championships and Olympics, as well as World Cups.

Despite Nassar's extremely strong result, his side Heinsheim, who are new to the Bundesliga, fell 0-3 points to Durlach

Another Bulgarian competes for Heinsheim. This is 18-year-old Tanislav Angelov, who recorded a fight of 332 kilograms at a personal weight of 96.9 kilograms. In the separate movements, Angelov recorded 152 and 180 kilograms.

There were more reasons for joy for another Bulgarian - Zdravko Pelovski, whose Grünstad team beat Roding with 2:1 points. The 70-kilogram Pelovski recorded a bout of 286 kilograms after 128 in the throw and 178 in the push.
