Manchester United management not only do not consider Marcus Rashford unsellable, but are ready to listen to offers for the attacker as early as January, reported sportal.bg.
According to Florian Plettenberg, the club feel that there has been some progress in the performance of the 27-year-old striker since the arrival of Ruben Amorim, but they are nevertheless ready to sell him by the summer. One of the reasons for this is that he has a very high salary and if the club gets rid of it, it will ease their complicated situation in terms of financial rules. In addition, this way Amorim will have a more serious budget for transfers in the summer. It is said that the Portuguese wants to bring in as many as three players from his former club Sporting (Lisbon). These are Victor Gokeres, Morten Julmand and Gonzalo Inacio.
Rashford's form in the last year is not good at all, and at “Old Trafford” are concerned about the player's behavior off the field. He has just four goals in the Premier League this season, with three of them coming under Amorim.
Rashford has a contract with Manchester United until the summer of 2028.
